Chef and restauranter David Chang was on Charlie Rose last night. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Chang he runs some of the hottest restaurants in New York City right now, Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku Ssam Bar and Momofuku Ko. It was incredibly interesting to here him discuss his views and ideas on cooking, food, and the restaurant business in general. I can’t wait to try his food when I go out to New York in August.
