French label April 77‘s collection for Fall 2009 has got to be one of my favorites for the season. I love the Native American influence and the wide array of fabrics and prints utilized throughout. The collection features several nice footwear options as well, many of which were produced via cruelty free methods. Overall an impressive collection.

North Face Purple Label, the brand’s premium line sold exclusively in Japan, was developed to offer a more fashion-forward product while maintaining the quality and function that the outdoor brand has become world renown for. That said, function certainly meets fashion with the new Climbing Pack available now at MUG. I like the colors, especially for the warmer months, and you know you’re getting a great product, one that can actually handle a few days out on the trail…Makes me wish I was back in Colorado!!

Where the Wild Things Are x Medicom Toy Kubrick Set

I didn’t think it could get any better than a Spike Jonze remake of possibly one of my favorite books of all time, Where the Wild Things Are, by Maurice Sendak. But now Medicom Toy has joined in on the fun to produce a limited set of 8 toys, featuring Max and several of the monsters from the story, all set to release sometime in October. Definitely going to have to surprise my niece with a few of these, she loves when I read her Where the Wild Things Are.
